[Hi again, Luceti. Normally, Otonashi's face would not appear again so soon—he isn't exactly a social butterfly—but unfortunate events demand it. Behind him are two muttering boys in the kitchen, trying so very hard to figure out the ~mystery~ of instant ramen and microwaved eggs. How many SSS members does it take to cook a meal?
At least three, apparently. Moving on!]
Uh... hi, everyone. I've never had to do this before, but... [He exhales slowly.] I'm here to say that Yotsuba disappeared. She didn't write anyone any notes goodbye, so I don't have anything to give to any of you.
Sorry... but she probably wouldn't have wanted to spend so much time writing to so many friends, right? That's hard work for a little girl, you know... [Otonashi tries to keep it light-hearted, and it kinda works but it's not perfect. In the background, Noda scoffs and mutters something about a wuss, but the rest is just food prep noise. He seems ready to close the feed—]
Eh—? You can't cook ramen with nothing in the pan but... thick oil and noodles! Even I know that! [The blue-haired boy shrugs and stares at the pan, laughing awkwardly. He mutters something.] N-no, no, you have to add water—
Noda, not yet! Get out of the wa—! [... And then there is a thick layer of oil splashed over the journal, clanging, and screaming everywhere.
JUST ANOTHER DAY AT THE LOUDEST HOUSE IN LUCETI.]

(( This can be a complete free-for-all for anyone in the house. Go crazy, friends! ♥ ))

So he's leaning against the counter by the cupboards, arms folded across his chest, not bothering to move as Otonashi requests.]

[Even though he's right next to it.]

Tch.
[And then he goes to open up the cupboard to look for...]
What did you need?
no subject
... See what there is? We're just trying to figure out a meal. There's only the four of us now, so...
I just wanted to use this icon
[Because why sit around and think, right?]
this is a good opportunity, i approve
And do you want to take time skinning, slicing, and gutting a fish..?
i am glad you approve
Here are all the items in the cupboards.
always
[They'll have to check the rice for bugs though. Better safe than sorry and he'd rather not have mobile "rice." EW.]
Eh— Noda, why did you get out chocolate chips?

[The blunette would stumble out of his room at some point in the afternoon, scratching himself inappropriately and yawning loudly enough to draw attention, stretching his arms into the air and popping his back theatrically.]
Ahh... Good morning, Otonashi-kun! [Yes, he sees you, Noda. He's just choosing to ignore you.]
[...Until he sees the bag of chocolate chips in Noda's hand.] ...Are you making cookies, Noda? [You know. Housewife stuff.]
no subject
[And then he shoves the bag into Hinata's hands, and folds his arms across his chest, back to being the Most Difficult Idiot to Handle.]
no subject
No, he's not being helpful! You could try doing something, this benefits you too! Are you worried that cooking is "woman's work?!"
no subject
Is there anything I can help with, Otonashi? [Noda being unhelpful? How unlike him!
Said no one ever.]no subject

Ahh... I'm trying to start a meal. We don't have much, though... [Noodles, milk, eggs, chocolate chips, flour, rice seasoning, some old soup stocks...]
no subject
[Too easy.]
You know, Noda... [That sly look on his face was dangerous.] Yurippe told me once she's really attracted to boys that can cook...
[What... is he doing.] So I guess you wouldn't be interested in making these? [He waved the package of instant noodles in Noda's face, taunting him with them. Hinata's laziness could be a dangerous thing sometimes...]
...Ah.]
At least she's home now.
[And yet, Kouki couldn't help but be disappointed. His surprise project for her will be on indefinite hold.]
...How's the cooking adventure on your end?
(very badly) written;
yeah Im sorry but Im glad shes finallly safe [He still can't see. HOT OIL IN THE FACE. All things considered, he's doing a passable job writing. It's just crooked and sloppy and wet with oil.]
its not [Not going well, not going well!]
Any fires?
no subject
A-ahh... no! No real fire... but I'll need to—agh—find out how to get oil out of places it shouldn't be... [He should ask Kouki about Yotsuba...]
no subject
Ooooh, gotcha. Good luck with those oils in places it shouldn't land into.
[He is sympathetic! But it's still amusing.]
